Per an email I received from the seller yesterday, he is willing to swap a cabinet from another set (perhaps one with the guts already missing, not necessarily one as hard to find as the blond 30A15). If someone has a set that isn't all that collectible but still has a similar appearance (perhaps a later model console) and its insides are too far gone to be anything but a "parts" set (air-dud CRT, blown transformers, etc) then we might have a solution here to save a rare set that's in unusually nice shape. It looks to me like cleaning the tuner and re-forming the "lytics" in the vertical circuit would bring the picture back and get the raster to fill the mask with no foldover ... then it would be a simple matter of recapping a working set as a preventive measure.
