I don't know if anyone even ASKS about TVs at garage sales anymore. In the Los Angeles area, you always see TVs at garage sales, but they're usually cheapie late 90s 20 & 27" sets missing the remote. They sit there all day long, then are still on the lawn in the rain for weeks to come, since they didn't sell. Sad but fact.

If anyone DID discuss and ask about TVs at garage sales today, my guess is that they would ask "How old is it?". With that being the only real question, I'd imagine that they'd go on to ask "How much will you pay me if I take it?", or "Jeez; why would you even bother to haul that thing out front of the house... Isn't that a regular CRT TV?. Please call 3-1-1 and have the city send the bulky item truck to pick it up on the next trash day, because we don't want to see it there for the next year!"
