Could be the holy grail for someone. judging by the pictures he has lots of sets. I'd walk in there with a couple hundred and see what you can take home!
That motorola was featured in Art Margolis book: "The practical guide to television servicing" It has the tint control in addition to the hue control to change the color temperature. That's a fairly rare set too.
