Hmm. 50 DVDs every film fan should own but nothing by Hawks, Hitchcock or Wyler? Two pictures by Kurosawa but nothing by Kurosawa's favorite, John Ford?
Odd list overly heavy on the campy and obscure, no doubt to make the list maker appear "hep".
"50 DVDs it would be neat to have if you carry a man-purse and wear ironic T-shirts" is more like it.
