80s inline CRTs are basically useless without their original yoke assembly, as the purity and convergence are depending on critical positioning of the yoke and from careful adjustment of the magnets.
so unless you're willing to have some real fun with shims and little magnets (and with getting zapped by the horizontal output on the yoke) the CRT is junk.
BTW, i understand that a salvaged TV speaker is a neat, useful gizmo... but WTF can you do with a yoke? maybe he's going to take the copper out of it...
