my buddy has a 60" DLP projection HDTV, and just got a PS3 (which has a blu-ray player)...honestly I didnt notice a big difference between regular DVD and the Blu-ray. Maybe on an LCD or CRT HD set i would, but i was kinda left a bit dissappointed.
