Tim Kring is my Hero
 

Any of you watching Heroes on NBC? I just watched Monday's show from 11/20/06 I had TiVo'd and it was amazing. This show rocks and it's the hot topic around the water cooler where I work. Is Tim Kring the next Chris Carter from X-Files fame? While heroes isn't exactly like the X-Files it's the first show since then that's really grabbed my attention. Lost is cool as well but this is my new favorite TV show. :yes:

I love this show. Drives me nuts trying to figure out what is going to happen next.

I love this show as well. Had to BitTorrent some ones that I missed. I only watch two hours of TV a week, Heroes and Studio 60. Lucky for me they're both on the same night and channel.

This weeks episode was very good. It answered a lot of questions but left many more. And I'm so glad they saved the cheerleader last week. :D Too bad they didn't save the waitress. So which Hero is going to get knocked off next week?

I have been stuck on this one since the first episode :thmbsp:

It isn't gonna be Hiro or Claire. Anyone else is probably fair game.

That pretty much sums it up here in my household. Hiro is our favorite Hero.

I guess I'm gonna have to stop playing with audio and watch it. When is it on?

Tonight is Battlestar Galactica night. :yes:

My two favorites are Matt and Hiro. Although Sylar is pretty durned impressive.

Been watching the first season on DVD and it's incredible.

This weeks episode was very cool. It started off a bit slow this season and it's finally picking up the pace. I want to see more Hiro!

From my perspective it's starting off pretty strong. Looks like Kring is shaking things up a bit with some of the Heroes becoming villians and vise versa. They found an interesting way to bring back the Ali Larter characters. Will Claire be able to take on Sylar, her uncle!

The whole recent Sylar spin was interesting.

Sometimes the show seems weak, but it picks up and so far this season has been interesting.

I fear it has already run out of steam and is just re-hashing things again.

Save the cheerleader...re-hashed.

Season 2 was just too short(11 episodes) - which most blame on the writers strike.

So now it's back and it's just a re-hash of gloom and doom coming and instead of save the cheerleader it's save the two ripped pieces of paper - to save the world.

Sylar as a good bad guy is interesting. Though it was just a WTF dumped on you plot change that was... immediately resolved. HRG and Sylar - IMO that just worked out too well way too quickly. The whole mother son I hate you go back to your own time and give me back my son crap and the reveal of the other son...also lame. LAME!

Hope it can go somewhere instead of what it appears to be just the same old re-hashed. The series, IMO needs to get off the whole dead people coming back thing.

I smell more characters we thought gone will be coming back too.

That's lame.

Look, shock value is great and all, and it was disturbing enough...Sylar...but it was ok when Sylar made the joke about snacking...
Still - disgusting shock value stuff gets old FAST and they've already done that too much. You can make riveting stories WITHOUT gore/ickiness for the sake of gore/ickiness.

I'm watching it though!
