Early solid state inline tube GE

Here is a GE 16" or 17" solid state set I got at a thrift store today for $10. I have not seen the rounded-corner style tube in an inline type in this size before. It is probably from around 1976 or so? Has the click type UHF tuner.
I just used the built in antenna for testing so the reception is kind of crummy.

Got 3 organs for $15.00 there too! A Hammond L-100 series, a Hammond chord organ, and a Baldwin Orgasonic. Really got some good deals today.

Nice GE. I'm surprised it has a handle since it must be pretty heavy. Ah I quess they all were though... I'd like to see a shot with a clean signal and possibly a chassis shot since I really like GE color sets from anywhere before the early 80s. Take care

Nice TV Chad. I also really like those older GEs :) Interesting about the rounded picture tube like that (reminds me of the Portacolors).

I worked on a set similar to that had a light sensor and an auto color switch. It was labled "Performance Television" and was dated around 1977. It was an early inline and had a surprisingly good picture with vivid color.

Great find!

Maybe a JA chassis?
I think I saw the same design set in a 18/19"?

Good looking set. Wish I could find one in that condition locally.
