Predicta Holiday questions

Hi,
I'm new at this so bear with me.
I have a vintage shop and sometimes provide a local film company with props, I've recently purchased two tvs from pickers. One is a Setchell Carlson 15" portable tv made in the late 50s and the other is a Predicta Holiday, both have the same problem. Both get in clear sound reception and I can hear a channel but the SC won't get an image just b/w light on the top half of the screen and the Predicta only gets a thin white horizontal line right through the middle of the screen.
My question is this, since I have very little invested in these tvs, should I repair them, keep them for prop rental only or just sell them as is?
What should I expect to pay for the repair for the predicta? I'm in Austin Texas and have no idea who to even approach for a repair estimate.
Any recoomendations for TV repair in the Austin area?

Thanks for the help!
EG
