1993 RCA TV with no user adjustments.

I picked up this RCA TV a little while back and I got the TV with it's original remote. While messing around with the TV I found out that I couldn't find a button on the TV or remote that lets me get into the menu on the TV. The only menu you can get is for adjusting the sleep timer, clock, and alarm clock. I expect this not meant to be sold as consumer set. Here is the model number J200100W.

Hotel/motel set or remote maybe?

You might try a universal remote programmed for a similar era RCA set. An older smartphone can be used if it has an IR blaster. I sideloaded an app on my Galaxy S6 many years ago, so I know it's possible. You'll probably have to hunt down the apk file for it at this point though.

Cheap universal remote on ebay probably your best bet.

After more research it's indeed a hotel set. I had doubts at first as I found the set at thrift store. There was a similar model that had anti-theft jack, externa wired remote, and external speaker plug. Mine just has the F-type connector for the tunner.
The only universal remote I have I know isn't compatible with set as I have an older consumer grade version and it didn't work with that set.

It's all about finding the correct remote codes for the set you're using.

If you want to roll your own, you can make one from a Pi Pico and hunt down codes from a repository
