Need help identifying an unknown 1989 Orion OEM CRT chassis (ZERO 14CS6, Japan)

Hello everyone.

I'm restoring a very unusual 14-inch CRT television sold in Japan under the ZERO brand.

The model is ZERO 14CS6, manufactured in 1989.

After researching for quite some time, I discovered that the ZERO brand appears to have been distributed by Doshisha Co., Ltd., but I have been unable to locate a service manual, schematic, chassis name, or any technical documentation.

I'm hoping someone may recognize the chassis or the PCB.

Known information:

- Brand: ZERO
- Model: 14CS6
- Country: Japan
- Year: 1989
- Distributor: Possibly Doshisha
- CRT: ORION 3702B22(ST)-TC03
- Video/TV IC: Toshiba TA8677N
- Horizontal Output Transistor: 2SD1554
- PCB marking: TM0179B
- Additional PCB label: K569Z17224
- Flyback transformer front marking: 183 98D05
- Hot chassis design

Symptoms:

- After power-on, normal RF snow (white noise) appears.
- A few seconds later, the picture repeatedly collapses and restarts at nearly regular intervals.
- The speaker continues to produce normal white noise.
- A mechanical "click" or "thunk" is heard each time the picture disappears.
- The power LED never turns off.

I suspect the fault may be somewhere around the horizontal output stage, flyback transformer, or power supply protection, but before attempting repairs I would really like to identify the chassis and obtain the correct service documentation.

If anyone recognizes this PCB, these component combinations, or knows an equivalent Orion/OEM model sold under another brand, I would be extremely grateful.

I can also provide many high-resolution internal photographs if needed.

Thank you very much for your time.
