Samsung VR-2610 lightly noisy picture
 

Hi,
This VCR would not play tapes & ate them on the way out.
I replaced the idler tire, now it doesn't. But there is light noise on the picture and occasionally a thin dark line pops up.
The pinch roller is smooth, shiny, and has small cracks on the top of it. Probably has poor traction.
