Hitachi CT-1322 1984 Convergence Adjustments
 

Hello all,

I am working on adjusting the convergence and just going through things that need tweaked after 40 years of constant use.

I was able to find the service manual for it, but it just the components and circuit diagrams (No. 811E). It states to refer the Service Manual No. 820 for all procedures and troubleshooting.

Does anyone have or know what TV part number Hitachi Service Manual No. 820 is tied to?

You can use instructions for most TV's of the era.
Remember to MARK the magnets BEFORE starting so you can go back.
Often they are from the factory. Also there may be a locking ring on them.

Magnets ONLY for center of pix. After that is good move on to
the sides & top/bottom.
Do it with any auto color & color level OFF. Brite & contrast to
about 2/3 level.
