No clue. But the chassis/set looks like either a Zenith or RCA New Vista...

Its an RCA APX 1966. The tuner mechanics were over the
top on these.

I've got it's Danish Modern brother, and had the other Danish Modern cabinet as well (friend wanted it cause it matched his furniture).
The tuner gearing on these is prone to wear out. It was mostly plastic and subjected to a bit more strain than it could properly last under.

I notice quite a few plastic parts which should be on the front panel, notably the escutcheon over the channel selector knob, are missing. This leads me to believe either they weren't attached very solidly to the panel in the first place, or else the TV is so old the parts just fell off and were lost (!) as the glue holding them to the panel dried up.

If this set was made in the early 1950s this is very likely. The adhesives used back then were probably (likely nowhere near, although they were the best available then) as good as the ones used today. These parts (if they can be found) can be reattached to the panel with a modern adhesive the likes of Super Glue. Be careful if you use this, however, as once the parts to be glued together or are attached to a surface the bond is almost certainly permanent. Do not, under any circumstances, get any of this glue on your hands, fingers, etc. as it is nearly impossible to remove, except by soaking the bonded parts in hot water.

RCA TVs weren't the only ones in which plastic gears were used in the tuner drive mechanism. This can also be found in late-1970s Zenith sets. Zenith had a slogan, "the quality goes in before the name goes on", but I don't think that slogan meant much of anything by the end of that decade, and certainly not in Zenith's last years before the company was bought out by LG.

BTW, were Zenith's flat-screen HDTVs any good, or were they junk, like the rest of their products from the '80s or so until the company folded and left Chicago for good? I would think they were junk, even though they may have worked well when they were new. However, like all flat-screen TVs, there is no repairing them when they develop problems or were physically abused (dropped, struck, etc).

Zenith tended to keep their gear systems simpler and over build them. The CTC-25 seemed a bit over complicated and under built....The one I own now isn't bad, but the one my friend has was kind of a mess... Luckily you only need channel 3 these days.

I've never owned a Zenith (LG ) flatpanel set. I've seen one in a hotel lobby that seemed decent.

Finding another CTC25 chassis is easy. Finding the right model ## to
get the same cabinet may be a challenge.
