Planning on recapping a TV, any advice?

my RCA PFR100 seems to have a good bit of bad capacitors. and image got pretty good, but now it just stopped turning on. planning on just pulling the board and changing all the capacitors. posting a few photos of the television's interior. https://i.imgur.com/GwmnG9y.jpg https://i.imgur.com/aAnUIPB.jpg https://i.imgur.com/LfWHzJp.jpg

(edit), it seems that it does have some bad capacitors, and with some tapping on the power-supply board i got it to turn on, so i'm assuming some solder got knocked loose on the truck ride home. I dug into it a couple weeks ago to try and fix it, but it's more complicated than i thought, haha.

i guess i'm gonna need some help, there's still an operating 'TV repair shop' in wisner nearby, might take it there, see if they can help. or at least let me borrow some equipment haha.

Thats simple, DONT.
Projo Hitachi built TV with what looks like 3 original tubes. Odds are 95% one if all 3 are wickid weak or bad.
You can troubleshoot any problems but a recap makes no sense.
Keep in mind almost any problems with the color will probably be the
CRT's.

so, update. it's started working like it was again. strange, i guess it being in the warmer, non air conditioned side of my room did.. something?

surprisingly, the tubes are pretty bright, have the controls a little below half otherwise it's a bit too bright for comfort. thing's been in storage most of its life

Just started working again?? Maybe cold solder joints in power section of PCB.
