Schematic for 1957 GE

Looking for the schematic for the tv in this ad. hard to see but it looks like model number 21C1552? Can anyone help me out?

I have the metal cabinet version of this TV in the shop right now- it has the wired remote control and mechanized spinning pushbutton dial. If someone else can't help here immediately I'll check the model/sams info on this when I get back to the shop on Tuesday.

Anybody have any luck on this? I've learned that the Phoenix Library has a collection of Sams so if anyone knows what folder it is found in, let me know. Thanks.
