Please delete this copy.

Went to fix a typo and accidentally double posted, Jas.

Well, the usual place for these things is

http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/

but they don't have one.

A quick check on ePray (intentionally misspelled to prevent this website from making it a hot link) showed three sellers that have them for $11.40 to $15.98 including shipping.

I've never heard of any of the sellers, but they don't look suspicious.

This is a good scope for tube-era B&W TV.

Be sure to check for shorted and leaky high voltage caps before plugging your scope in.

Yep figured I have to buy a copy, searched the net all over and no luck.
As for the caps got them today. Was in Pottsville today and hit Moyers. I love that place!
