I have both of these testers. I can't find a manual for either, though I understand they use the same circuit, except for the meter.

Does anyone have a manual for these?

Notice there's no setup chart because these are hard wired to only test 12 pin, 6.3 volt B&W CRTs. 10BP4, 12LP4, 16KP4, etc...

Bob, you're the greatest. Thank you very much! Is there any value in these? I just bought another one on eBay.

I hate to say it, but most of the value is probably in the three big neon bulbs.

It's a fine tester for B/W CRT's. You have to careful with the rejuvenation process. It's a little brutal. Dynamic intensifier, Medium should be used and that's when the CRT doesn't have any reading at all.
BTW, B&K made a color adaptor, that was a box with an RGB switch on it and a socket for a 21FJ type CRT. It connected to the 12 pin socket. :yes:
