silvertone issues again
 

hi all, ill try to post a pic but it may not show up but the problem i have is on a dark screen the top part about 3-4 inches down and across left to right is lighter and it will move with scene changes little up and down. seems like a scanning problem or maybe a cap and what i think its doing is affecting the colors like a white pic has some blue or purple on the left and right extreme ends and the colors are different on the top where this bar is across the top. purity has been done and degauss and all the setup and just cannot get it right. even turned the drives all the way counter and still cant get it right. anyone ever have something like this like a specific cap to do with vert or horiz. tubes all ok checked and subbed.:scratch2:
maybe something in the if or rf section i really dont know.
