xl100 dies
 
after 2 years of daily garage use,my 19 inch plain jane xl100 died a quick death.slowly faded to black.1973 model with the stand up chassis.thinking tripler as it snapped a few times yesterday.sound,no high voltage.didnt trip breaker.i will look it over later as it is extremely cold here in central ohio.i miss my rca already!

If you want to drive to Buffalo, I have a nice replacement for your set.....1974 model, with the original RCA stand :)

CTC52? 59? I may have a tripler, I usually saved them. :yes:
I wonder if it helps to thoroughly clean the exterior of the tripler occasionally to fend off these inevitable failures.:scratch2:
