Older Zenith Owner Manuals
 

Hello everyone, been looking for about 6 months or so for the owner's manual for an early 1980s Zenith console set. Mostly been on craigslist looking for it. I inherited this set from my parents, but they had tossed the manual after the tube blew many years ago. Being in the Chicago area, one of my first memories is when Channel 60 moved over to Channel 50 and my Dad had to change the little tab and retune the TV. I had never seen the fine tuning controls behind the door before or the sheet of all the channels 14-83. Being a dumb kid, I thought we actually "had" all those channels but we had to pick only 6 since that was all the TV could handle.

Ironically, I found someone selling the same set on CL, but he didn't have the books :( He was selling the TV for $25... I told him I'd give him $50 for the manuals. He was quite upset he didn't have them :)

The model # is L2318P. The manual would have also had those "channel tabs" for the UHF channels for the owner to set.

Anyone know any online TV/radio shops that stock these older manuals or another place to look?

Hello I have Zenith tv manuals I may have what you are looking for please post pictures it would be easier to know if it is chromacolor system 3 keep us informed.. thankyou
