1950: News crew of KTLA TV goes on the set of "Destination Moon"
 

I just watched the 1950 movie "Destination Moon" today and became curious to find more information about the film. Searching on YouTube I found this kinescope recording of a visit that the news crew of KTLA TV made to film's set in 1950. It was interesting to discover that this sort of "behind the scenes" program about a movie was done that early in television history.The video is divided in three parts:
