convergence patterns
 

does anyone know of a source to download patterns and images for adjusting convergence and purity on a color tv?

I am thinking to burn them onto a cd-rom, and play connect to the tv through a vcr's modulator. Will tide me over until i get an actual pattern generator

Maybe you can burn some of these still images onto a DVD ?

Phil had a link to a site that had a test pattern disc and everything needed to burn it except a computer, but I think the site went down. I burned a disc and could probably find a way to send a copy to you.
I'd offer to send what I downloaded, but the disc is all I have left of what I downloaded because some time latter my hard drive died again (it has poor reliability) and I lost what I downloaded from that site among other things. :(

I searched the house top to bottom and found a test DVD I bought years ago, for adjusting up my CRT based Runco video projector.

Compared to the Runco, converging the round screen TV was dead easy.
