need help with RCA 8TS30

Good Morning All

I am rebuilding a RCA8TS30 and have reached an inpass
no plate voltage on all Video if amp tubes (6AG5's and
6AK5,6AU6,6K6.

This supply comes from C5B so either R127B is open, or a short on that supply. It looks like that point should be about 6K to ground.
