Where do you all talk about CRT and Film Projectors?

Thanks!

Im interested in researching 16mm projectors for the purpose of purchasing one.

Did you see this thread?

I think that is close as we get on VK. I'm sure there are some forums out there dedicated to film projectors-maybe somebody can chime in with one. There are several folks on here who use 16mm machines. I have an old Viewlex machine I want to sell, but I suspect you could find better machines-depends on your expectations.

Thanks for the info.

Yeah, Im looking to get some 16mm unshot reels, as my father has a nice Bolex 16mm with triple turret lens in pristine condition in a beautiful leather hard case, with attachments and stuff. And then something nice to play them with. Hate to see the Bolex he showed me sit unused.

Processing of film is getting insanely high priced.

I have a Bolex camera, too. I used to shoot 16mm with it. The college I went to BANNED a film that I shot from campus, but it was a big hit off-campus.

One suggestion on a projector: Buy a manual threader. Leave the autothreaders for the guys that dont want to thread manually. Your camera original films will thank you.
