Looks like a CTC-46 or 48 to me... RCA AccuColor solid state. 1974-75.

Not a good pix.... It looks like an early RCA XL100, so solid state.

if its a 68, then its the same chassis I got a while back, freebe when I picked up the CTC-16 combo.

I'd guess either a CTC68 or 78, made somewhere between '75-'77. It's a solid state set; but, is well worth saving. When they are right, they produce about as good a picture as one could ever want. In fact, the upright modular XL100 RCA's were among the best series that RCA made. The main trouble they give are bad SCR's in the horizontal deflection circuit, bad filter caps, bad triplers, shorted power supply diodes, and a random bad module on the chassis. The CRT's are often weak by now; but, they will usually take a jolt from a rejuvenator and keep on going.

listen to that man!he knows what hes talking about.those crts will take jolts for years.in my opinion, these are the finest sets rca made.the ctc 15 ande 16s are the best roundies.radiotvnut is spot on ,as usual.
