I had the mahogany version of that set, "Irving". VERY stout cabinet.

How many years did Zenith make "portholes" for? (sorry for all the questions)

Zenith made Porthole TVs from 1948 beginning with 10 and 12-inch models to 1951 with 12 inch, 16-inch and 19-inch models for 1951 before going to rectangular CRT sets exclusively for the 1951-52 model year. So all in all, we had 3 years of Zenith Porthole TVs from 1948-51 all together.
