" domino caps"

I got a color chart for the " domino caps ", problem is it just lists for 1 row of colors.....what do you do if it has 2 rows of different colors?

Here are some charts for the two row versions. There seem to be several variations.

thanks bob....whats good to replace these with?

Try to determine to voltage ratings of the old caps and match or exceed it. I've been using general purpose dipped micas from justradios.com and Mouser.
Not that I've replaced a whole lot of these. Mainly just ones in the sweep circuits of TVs.
