Looks like a modified prison set to me.

This may have been made this way, I have the prison version of this set, and can confirm that it lacks front A/V inputs, as well as a remote.

EDIT: Received a reply from the seller on this, case is held together with torx screws, so this likely is, as mentioned, a modified prison set.
