What is that set, a Magnavox?

I remember seeing one like that in a TV shop back in the 70's

That set is a Magnavox.

looks like a zenith.might be a hybrid set.magnavox made those also.either way,its a great set!

It is such a stark contrast of a retailer nowadays compared to the old photos of shops. I like the old days better.

I do recall a topic of this snapshot coming up on one of our other posts a while back.
I could just about see my Mom as being dressed like that woman with those polyester slacks!!

It's a Zenith 4 tube hybrid from '71 or 2.

I think I have that Gusdorf stand in the back yard.

It's a Zenith. The tuner cluster looks Zenith.

CRT face, bezel and tuning area are identical to my 19CC19 "the Degas" but the cabinet is way different.

I had one of these sets back when I was a kid but I ended up unfortunately sending it to the trash back then when I couldn't get it to work. It is a Zenith 4-tube hybrid in a plain black plastic case. This just sort of slips inside the fancier woodgrain cabinet shown here, and the original set is easily removed. Both the woodgrain cabinet and pedestal are plastic as I recall.
