Yes, I have found an RCA VCR Model # VR480 which was made by Matsushita (Panasonic) at the Value Village in Stoney Creek, ON, Canada. I boght it for only $9.99 and I have it wrappped in shopping bags and newspaper and loaded onto the back of my bicycle. The next ting is , I have to walk my bicycle to the Shell gas station. bught a roll of maskingtape and a strongholder. I taped the srongholder beneth the wrapped vcr and completely taped the wrapped VCR and the Strongholder onto the back of my bicycle. Ihave to fide the bicycle with the cargo taped into the back of my bicycle all the way to Burlington from Hamilton/Stoney Creek for 11.4 miles home. so, here are the pics

You took a lot of effort getting it home in good condition. Probably a lot safer than shipping it via UPS. Let us know how it worked out. Also report the date it was built. Earlier model Matsushita VCR's were a lot better than the later ones.

VCR unload from Bicycle after made it home on a Bicycle.

Yeah you bet it is better than UPS!!!!

I have started to unload the VCR off the Bicycle by the use if the scissor
around the masking tape and the wrapping. OOPS!! I have accidently cut the cord while doing so. I was liable for repairing it!

The VCR is the one that I have bought from value village for $9.99 and it is an 1989 RCA VCR model #VR480.

So, Here are the pictures

Yes, it's worth it, especially if there are very few residents in your area. This is a Panasonic G-Chassis deck that uses only 1 belt, and many people accidentally hold on to it for too long because it refuses to die. 1989 was also the year that Japan peaked its economy before Japan's stock market crashed and has not recovered since.

 I guess we'll never know...

Interesting, I never knew they had any major stock market crashes.:sigh: Doesn't help to know that even the Japanese are outsourcing to China these days.:screwy:
