I have a hard time find R612 on Sony KV32V15 and KV32XBR37
 

Hello there!

I was reading about the said set with the blinking codes.

the 32V15 dead set Factor: Main Fuse R607, Q601, IC601, R612, and, VDR 601
I have highlighted the found items on a copy of schematic, but I am having trouble finding R612. I have Two sets of drawings plus a additional copy.

Both sets have the main board the "D" board that are alike.

So I need help in finding R612 on the Drawing or on the "D" Board

That's a special fusible resistor, if I recall. I'd have to go look it up to describe the phys. location, which I can do Monday if nobody beats me to it. I think that's off the FBT, if it's the one I'm thinking of. You also need to check the horizontal output transistor for shorts, and resolder the horizontal drive transformer and transistor. (Just follow the base of the horizontal output to the driver transformer & transistor). Those bad connections are the usual causes of the blasting of the regulators & R607, along with those VDRs. ***IF the horizontal output is shorted, and there isn't a bad connection on that drive transformer, beware that the FBT is probably arcing internally and will re-blow the set.
