I just got Out My Service Manual RCA With Direct Address Package
 

Hello RCA Fans! (CTC-74 and CTC-81)

I just want to inform that I just got out the RCA Television Service Manual.

I just began to review the manual regarding of the CTC-74 Supplement. One of the booklet is like 3/8" thick which cover the said model # FB498, WDAC and chassis CTC-74AP date and type of book: 1977 (CDN) C-9. It covers that 1977 model alone! Also I have the 1976 book but the model may differs.

The last 2/3 of the booklet has contains the full coverage of the D.A.P. The Schematic is four pages long and have up to nine P.C. boards alltoegther. It has Pictorial diagreams of each P.C. Boards Pic of the D.A.P. This is THE MOST COMPLICATED SYSTEM CONTROL MODULE IN THE RCA HISTORY!

The Direct Address Package comes in two types mainly the DAP-1 and DAP-2

I have Almost seen one but in 25" model (CTC-81) when I was a young boy.
