Emerson 639 TV ...

Just acquired an Emerson Model 639 TV here at the CC-AWA in Charlotte.

Really nice cabinet and includes back and knobs.

Taking a chance that the Picture Tube is good.

Any pointers on restoring this Television?

BTW, there were several TV's of note here at the Charlotte AWA swap meet.
I purchased this Emerson 639.
There was a Pilot and a Raytheon Porthole table top too.
Several other console TV's from the 1950's.

You got to give it a go next year. There were a lot of Tennessee license plates here. Sold some microphones to a feller from Tenn and we agreed to make the delivery here at Charlotte.
