Zenith RZ46Z83D8 that won't turn on.
 

Verified it's consuming power when plugged in, standby mode, but pressing the power button does nothing. Tried all the Zenith codes in the comcast remote, nothing. Any ideas? Power on relay failure, perhaps? Anybody got a service manual or schematics?

Found the culprit. Solder joints on one component near the fuse (thin rectangular thing, 4 pins, hole in the center, I'm such a n00b at electronics) were all bad, it was just sitting in there. Resoldered the joints and I have a nice free TV. :banana:

That's the bridge rectfier. It is a common problem. That set can develop vertical connetion problems too. If it shuts down suspect the vertical circuit.
