What's this Zenith?
 

Do I want to buy it for $20? CL near me. A temp set until I pull the HD trigger for the den.

I just wonder what shape its CRT is in...

We will find out. Brian's information tells me this is a 1994 edition. Some reviews love it...some say the CRT is junk. I sent the offer. I spent more than $20 on food this weekend at Kutztown. Thanks for the quick replies.

Well I got my answer, unless it has a non Zenith CRT in it...

I'd fire it up before buying and, unless it looked excellent, I'd leave it alone. Even that is no guarantee since these tubes are known to short at the drop of a hat.

A good one to try the trick that Zenith26kc20 mentioned in the "what did Zenith do" thread.

Had one of those a few years ago......Was overwhelmingly average

BAD tube! I'd keep away from it. Although if it was replaced, it might be OK. I bet the original was an A68ACT00X, which is terrible.

'tis a A63AGD01X tube per the exploded view in the manual. Parts list shows a Zenith A-19058-03 part number for the yoke/CRT.
