Anyone heard of a 1949 RCA S-1000?

There's an owners manual for on on eBay but I've never heard of one, is it a Canadian model?

Don't know the set myself, but it shows in Sams 91A-11

It's also in Riders 5. It is a 16 inch with AM/FM/Shortwave radio and two changers (one for 45s) all in a toasted mahogany cabinet.
