Sita Sings The Blues: True Independent filmmaking
 

Don't know how many of you are set up for torrent downloading, but if you are then you gotta head over to Piratebay.org and grab "Sita Sings The Blues." Are you ready for a feature-length animated film made entirely by one person? I don't really know how to describe it...a peek at the India tale of The Ramayana? A treatise on universal relationships? A canny peek at how myths are created (and mutated over the years)? Anyway, to top it all off, the film was five years in the making and it is available COPYRIGHT FREE. Yes, it is available legally to one and all. Oh yeah, I think you can download from Archives.org. Anybody seen this yet? I'm going to rate Sita up there with "Endless Summer" as a true work of independent vision.
