picture bows in in the middle of the tv?
 

does anyone know a trick to fixing that, its a 1992 sony trinitron xbr. There are no screen adjustment options in the menu. The picture slightly bows in in te middle, like an hour glass shape.

i took off the tv cover, and the board that hangs off the back of the tube was hanging loose a little, so i pushed it back in, and then it started doing this.

also light seems to effect it, as i run across the screen in a game, it seems to bow in and out.
