we have a project. i have a stromberg carlson cabinet from 1951.oriental design with carved doors on the front.electronics are long gone.it has a 21" safety glass and we have installed a zenith system 3 set from the mid 90s.it looks very well, however,we would like to access the service menu to reduce the vertical slightly.we can get 2 menus up by using the 9 8 7 6 procedure.we cant seem to get access to the good stuff like the vertical, width, etc.any help is appreciated and we will post pics when done.thanks

I believe that to be the case. There should be a v-size pot close to the vertical output IC.

A pretty smooth fit, from the way it looks here. Looks like you got that crt right up close.
