Magnavox U190L-1 combo may be available

A friend of my sister Northeast of Detroit is trying to unload a Magnavox U190L-1 (19" rect. B&W) TV/AM-FM Radio/Phono combo, looks quite old but has a rare (in it's day) UHF tuner, looks to be from about 1954.

I might have to find someone else to save it (room/transport considerations).

Anyone know more about this set (in particular, just how old?)
