I wasn't sure which board to put this in, but since it's a modern day monitor, I guess this board will do.

A roundie flatscreen computer monitor...? Is this for real, or just some kind of photoshop?

No, its photoshopped.
The shadows are all wrong.

It kind of looks like Max's TV from the movie Never Back Down.

That's not shooped, that's completely computer generated.

It is an adaptation of a normal screen, if you look at the bezel when it starts to turn in an arc you can see its clearly from someone using photoshop on a picture (or a computer generation of a TV)
