NORDMENDE Spectra Portable Color T 3633

Here's a CTV Nordmende model Spectra of Portable Color T 3633. Year 1979. An tv color set of 14 inch, 16-channel, infrared remote control, mounted a black stripe CRT Toshiba, as you can see the image is still good despite the weather, The only things, over the years, have replaced are: the EHT and electrolytic capacitors.

Do you guys have the "little-bitty" 5" & smaller sets over there, too ? Back in the '80s, there were a BUNCH of 1.5" & 2" sets sold here, judging by the number of 'em turning up on You-Know-Where...They weren't much to watch, you'd about get an eye-crossing headache if you tried, but they WERE kinda neat...

color TV sets for boys, but with the selling price by an adult. I believe that in 1979 sales were approximately 550,000 Italin lire. apart from that Nordmende were among the most expensive TV set in sales. but I must admit that after almost 30 years we can say without doubt that the expenditure was worth it to have it.

i used to have the 16" version of this set, mine had a weak CRT and a faulty color decoder so i finally junked it.

We had a lot of 5.5 and 5 inch color sets back in the 80s, but i haven't yet seen a color set smaller than 4 inch here.

some were stand alone sets, other were built into radio/tape/TV combos such as my JVC CX-500

A tv set a 16 " like this so I sold 10 years ago to a lady who still owns and works very well,
This 14 ", to be honest, it was little used and it works very well, the Toshiba kinescope black stripe was a good CRT and durable over time. Located in the Nordmende well as in the B & O and in some tv Grundig 16" and 20 "
