Aligning a Dumont RA-103 D-3 with a Sencore VA62?

Has anyone here tried IF aligning a Dumont RA-103 D-3 or RA-108/109 with a Sencore VA62? (Don't forget, these are sets with Mallory Inductuners!) If so, what procedures did you follow - the Sencore manual or the Sams procedure or something else?

I don't think the Sencore will generate the proper IF frequency of the DuMont sets in question, unless it will output 21MHZ IF. You could do an alignment from the antenna terminals all the way to the video detector.
