I guess pitcher tubes can easily be turned into target tubes if you want to practice
shooting.

I have seen lots of ordinary receiving tubes being advertised on Ebay as 'picture
tubes'. And I have seen a few tubes being advertised as 'big transistors out of
an old radio'!

Good for watching low scoring baseball games? "Pitcher duels"...

Keeper tubes are the ones that test good. Pitcher tubes are the rest. ;)

The seller also has Marilyn Monroe pitchers and Elvis pitchers. But on a positive note, it jogged my feeble old memory to seach CRT's on the bay. Didnt find the one I need, but at least I have it saved on searches now.

I just went and looked and it's a Raytheon 12 inch round tube set.

As for Nola played by Liberace, he couldn't play a classic piece
like that 'straight' even if it was in Carnegie Hall.

Liberace was the first to play "Chopsticks" in Carnegie Hall.
