Looks like it predicts signal strength as well as telling you which directions to point the antenna. Also lists low power analog stations that apparently will not sunset that day next February. And no, I have no connection to this web site, nor any connection to the Chinese Communist Party. :D

Actually there are quite a few OTA channels that I'm not receiving, yet I can get their analog counterparts fine.

My only guess is they aren't broadcasting at full power yet.
