Toshiba CX3208C

I have a Toshiba CX3208C & the picture still shows great when using the s-video input but if I try to use the RCA video in or the Coax inputs it shows very dark? Is there an adjustment by chance or maybe a simple worn part I may be able to replace? Thanks for any time & help!

Look all around the board for small electrolytic caps that are RED in color. They're always leaky, and cause 99.999% of all trouble in those 80s-early 90s Toshibas. You'll probably find one in the power supply, one or two in the Vertical, and a few near the tuner.
