Zenith SC Color Combo/Stereo

That thing is huge! Its a 20X1C38 chassis, 68. Ive got a sc600 set with the same tuner layout, but a Y1C50. Too bad I cant find any table sc sets. Those things seem to be extinct, unless I find a destroyed rusty one like I did last week.
Id bid on it if I had the room and the time to go get it. Just need to wait for the local find at an estate sale. Hopefully I'll find another one someday.
(Just to note, my avatar is a 20Y1C50 from the 1968 zenith brochure)

Hes got pretty poor pics of that set. The tuner control looks like this set: (my only sc600!)

Inside the door is control for volume preset (for the remote stepper) and fine tuning only.

The pics are quite dark, He emailed me back and said it was in the basement and that the tv section doesn't work. If I do work a deal with him, It will be about a 4 1/2 hour drive for me. Not too bad considering there are none of those around here!

If your seller can wait for the weekend around March 4th-ish, I might be able pick that one up for you. Perhaps we could trade some TV know-how for a strong back and empty minivan? :rolleyes:
