Scored a Hallicrafters
 

I saw a Hallicrafters model 820 at a little antique store in Powell, Ohio. It went with me and now the CRT is cooking on the checker (it looks good). The SAMS (124) photo has a round screen, but mine is rectangular. Inside ia a glass rectangular CRT (the one in the SAMS uses a 16GP4).

Did Halli make a round and rectangular version of the same set, or, did they make retrofit kits later? Pic coming soon.
