Seeing the style of Panasonic logo can help in determining it's age. But I'd guess it to be from the early to mid seventies.

You don't want that old ugly thing. Send it to me....Hell, its just a junky little TV...

I have one of those. I'm pretty sure it's from the early 70's. They were still making some tube models when that was made.
